Maxwell Kojo Xonu, better known as Deladem is a passionate young entrepreneur whose work experience cuts across different industries. He is the founder of Ebapreneur Solutions, a climate-action enterprise focused on creating solutions to reduce post-harvest losses and greenhouse gas emissions, achieving this by working with farmer groups through youth engagement. He is also a training facilitator with Global Platforms, a youth training hub of ActionAid Ghana. His area of expertise is climate change, green entrepreneurship, social media advocacy & engagement, community development and football administration & management.
