Kerli Kant Hvass is an accomplished sustainability professional with expertise in circular economy. With a PhD in circular business model innovation, she has dedicated her career to promoting sustainable practices, particularly within the textile industry.

Over the past 15 years, she has worked on various projects, advised organizations, lectured, and conducted research in Nordics, EU, USA and Estonia. Among others, she developed circularity at BESTSELLER, a Danish Fashion giant with €3,5bn in revenue and 17 000 employees worldwide. She is passionate about bridging the gap between academia and practice and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

Currently, Kerli serves as a co-founder of REVALUATE, an independent advisory company. She is also an Assistant Professor at Aalborg University (AAU) in Denmark, a guest lecturer at EBS and Estonian Academy of Arts, and a member of the Climate Law Advisory Committee at the Estonian Ministry of Climate.
