Leonardo Ortega is the Head of the International House of Estonia at the Work in Estonia programme, where he aims to improve the international talent’s customer journey in Estonia by offering different public services in a one-stop shop model – in a friendly and accessible way. Leonardo is himself an international that moved to Estonia from Mexico 10 years ago and has worked in public, private and third-sector organizations – a useful combination to get a helicopter view in talent attraction and retention strategies for Estonia. He holds a MA on European Union and Russia studies from the University of Tartu.
